Terms of Service

Last updated: August 8, 2026

Important: No legal entity has been registered for this product. The operator has not yet supplied a company name, registered address, or jurisdiction. These terms describe the tool as it currently operates and will be binding only once the entity name, address, and governing law are provided. Until then, the tool is provided as-is with no formal legal agreement in effect.

Billing and payments

Portpeek is currently free to use. No payment is required and no payment is accepted.

A paid Pro tier at €9 per month is planned but not yet available. When launched, the following billing terms will apply:

These billing terms will become effective only when the Pro tier is launched and a payment processor is connected. Until then, the Free tier is the only option.

What this tool does

Portpeek is a port reachability checker. It opens outbound TCP connections to user-specified hostnames and ports and reports whether each port is open, refused, or timed out. That is its entire function.

What this tool does not do

Portpeek does not:

Acceptable use

You agree to use Portpeek only to check reachability of hosts you own or have permission to test. You may not use the tool to probe, scan, or enumerate networks or hosts that you do not own or have explicit authorization to test.

No warranties

Portpeek is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The operator makes no guarantees about the accuracy, availability, or reliability of the results. Network conditions vary, and a single measurement is not a guarantee of sustained reachability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use this tool.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. When the operator registers a legal entity, these terms will be updated with the entity name, address, and governing law. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

Governing law

No governing law has been specified because no legal entity has been registered. This section will be updated when a jurisdiction is established.
