Backend API pending deployment — the tool works by connecting to a server-side API that is not yet running on the live site. Portpeek's core design is described on the home page; once deployed, this page will perform real TCP checks.

Port 25 is not checked — outbound SMTP is blocked on this platform and the check would always fail misleadingly.
Hosts behind Cloudflare may report as timeout even when they are reachable; the Worker cannot complete a TCP handshake to another Cloudflare-proxied host. This is a platform limitation, not a problem with your network.
Maximum 8 ports per check. All checks are one-shot — nothing is saved or tracked.
